Under the PSA, Turner was required to, and did, place a refundable deposit <br /> 4 into escrow, and made a non-refundable payment in Independent Consideration to the <br /> 5 Seller. <br /> 6 70. On May 31, 2022, Turner and the Seller extended the Inspection Period <br /> 7 through August 5, 2022, pursuant to a First Amendment to the PSA, which required <br /> 8 Turner to pay a nonrefundable Extension Fee. <br /> 9 71. A second amendment to the PSA was entered into on July 27, 2022. This <br /> 1.0 amendment allowed a series of extensions of the Inspection Period. The first extension <br /> 11 would be through September 6, 2022, and would require Turner to pay a second <br /> 12 Extension Fee. The second extension would be through October 6, 2022, and would <br /> 13 also require Turner to pay a third Extension Fee. The third extension would be through <br /> 14 November 7, 2022, and would require Turner to pay a fourth Extension Fee. Turner <br /> 15 paid all four of these Extension Fees, and obtained the extensions to November 7, 2022. <br /> 16 72. On November 7, 2022, Turner and the Seller entered into a third <br /> 17 amendment to the PSA, which required Turner to: (1) release a portion of the funds <br /> 18 deposited into escrow to the Seller, and (2) make additional nonrefundable payments of <br /> 19 three Extension Fees in exchange for three additional 30-day extensions of the <br /> 20 Inspection Period. Turner released the escrow funds, made the Extension Fee payments <br /> 21 and received the three extensions, after which the Inspection Period was set to expire on <br /> 22 February 6, 2023. Under the fourth and final amendment to the PSA, the parties <br /> 23 extended the Inspection period through February 10, 2023. <br /> 24 73. While these amendments were being negotiated and executed, Turner was <br /> 20 <br /> Complaint of Share Our Selves <br />
