ADDITIONS\DELETIONS TO CLOSED SESSION MINUTES: Councilmember Phan recused herself from Closed Session Agenda Item No. 1 B as the listed entity, JBW Enterprise, LLC, is a client of her employer, Rutan and Tucker. RECESS — City Council will recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting regular City business. MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua recessed to consider the Closed Session items at 4:10 P.M.
