A. Employees covered by this MOU will be granted eighty(80)hours of Management <br /> Vacation per calendar year. <br /> B. Effective January 1, 2026, employees will be granted one hundred (100) hours of <br /> Management Vacation per calendar year. <br /> C. Such management vacation is in addition to the vacation accrual table in Section <br /> 9.2(A), subject to a maximum accrual of thirty (30) days (two hundred forty (240) <br /> hours). <br /> 9.6 Management Vacation Pay Option. <br /> A. Employees shall be given the option to receive cash compensation, computed on a <br /> straight time basis, in lieu of up to a total of eighty (80) hours of earned, unused <br /> Management Vacation benefits. Effective January 1, 2026 employees may cash <br /> out Management Vacation leave up to a total of one hundred (100) hours in <br /> accordance with the provisions in Section 9.2(F)(3). <br />
