Bristol Street) (Continued from the Regular City <br /> Council meeting of September 16, 2025, Item No. 9) <br /> Department(s): Planning and Building Agency, Parks, Recreation, and Community <br /> Services <br /> Recommended Action: Affirm the Planning Commission's adoption of a resolution <br /> approving Public Facilities No. 2025-01 naming the park located at the southwest <br /> corner of Bristol Street and Tolliver Street (712 S. Bristol Street) as "Nuestro Park." <br /> 20. Third Amendments for Rotational Towing and Storage Services for the Police <br /> Department (Continued from the Regular City Council meeting of September 16, <br /> 2025, Item No. 15) <br /> Department(s): Police Department <br /> Recommended Action: <br /> Authorize the City Manager to execute the third amendment to the agreements with <br /> the following rotational towing service contractors and amend the scope of services to <br /> allow for the option and ability to store and release vehicles and/or contents in an area <br /> close to, but outside of, the corporate City limits (Agreement Nos. A-2025-XXX): <br /> Standard Enterprises, Inc., dba To' N' Mo'; <br /> B&D Towing, Inc.; and <br /> MetroPro Road Services, Inc. <br /> 21. Consideration of Possible Censure of Councilmember Hernandez <br /> Department(s): City Attorney's Office <br /> Recommended Action: There is no staff recommendation. However, based on <br /> direction given by the City Council and reported out of closed session, this item is <br /> being presented for the Mayor and City Council of the City of Santa Ana, to review <br /> and discuss the process for censure arising from allegations made against <br /> Councilmember Hernandez.
