ARTICLE VII <br /> 7.0 OVERTIME PAY <br /> 7.1 Compensation for Overtime. Employees in any of the designated classifications of <br /> employment listed in this MOU are designated as exempt from the provisions of the Fair <br /> Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") provided by Section 13(a)(1) of the FLSA as defined by <br /> Regulations, 29 CFR Part 541, are not eligible for monetary compensation for overtime <br /> work or for compensatory time off with pay for overtime work, unless so required by the <br /> FLSA, or any other State or Federal laws. <br /> City Council 17 — 21 10/7/2025 <br />
