The Contractor shall provide properly trained personnel along with sufficient tools, equipment, <br /> personal protective equipment,vehicles, and materials to perform the services specified herein. <br /> C. The Contractor shall secure worksites to ensure public safety and shall take precautions to <br /> minimize damage to landscaping, turf, trees, and vegetation. <br /> VI. DISPOSAL AND TRANSPORTATION <br /> The Contractor shall ensure waste disposal at fully permitted facilities capable of handling non- <br /> hazardous and hazardous waste, including California and federal regulated wastes, as well as those <br /> governed by the Toxic Substances Control Act. <br /> VII. EQUIPMENT <br /> The Contractor shall provide or have access to equipment and services necessary to fulfill the <br /> Contract, which includes but is not limited to: <br /> 1. Pressure washers, pumps, and transfer equipment <br /> 2. Water response equipment, absorbent materials, and containment supplies <br /> 3. Field analytical tools (e.g., gas, air monitoring, oxygen meters) <br /> 4. Personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protections <br /> 5. Sampling supplies, waste labels, and storage containers (e.g., drums, lined roll-off bins) <br /> 6. Lighting and traffic control equipment(e.g., cones, light boards) <br />
