PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> This endorsement modifies the Specialty Package Policy. <br /> Schedule of Designated Projects: <br /> As required by written contract in effect prior to any related Claim <br /> A. Subject to paragraph E. below, for all damages under Coverage A, except damages because of <br /> Bodily Injury or Property Damage included in the Products-Completed Operations Hazard, to <br /> which this insurance applies and which can be attributed only to a single designated project shown <br /> in the Schedule above("Designated Project"): <br /> 1. A separate Designated Project General Aggregate Limit applies to each Designated <br /> Project, and that limit is equal to the amount of the General Aggregate Limit shown in the <br /> Declarations. This Designated Project General Aggregate Limit applies on a primary non- <br /> contributory basis where required by written contract in effect prior to any associated claim. <br /> 2. The Designated Project General Aggregate Limit is the most we will pay for the sum of all <br /> such damages and Loss, regardless of the number of: <br /> a. Insureds; <br /> b. Claims made or Suits brought; or <br /> c. Persons or organizations making Claims or bringing Suits. <br /> 3. Any payments made for such damages shall reduce the Designated Project General <br /> Aggregate Limit for that designated project. Such payments shall not reduce the General <br /> Aggregate Limit shown in the Declarations nor shall they reduce any other Designated <br /> Project General Aggregate Limit for any other Designated Project shown in the Schedule <br /> above. <br /> 4. The limits shown in the Declarations for Each Occurrence and for Damage to Premises <br /> Rented to You continue to apply to a Designated Project.
