Second Amendment to Agreement with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. for <br />Grant Writing Services (No. 22-6899, 24-6899, 25-6899 & 26-6899) (Non- <br />General Fund) <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute the second <br />amendment to the agreement with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. for grant writing <br />services for the Santa Ana Boulevard Grade Separation in the amount of $75,000, <br />for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $405,000 and exercise the final extension <br />option ending December 20, 2026 (Agreement No. A-2025-168). <br />17. Memorandum of Understanding Establishing the Terms and Conditions of <br />Employment for Classifications Represented by the Santa Ana Management <br />Association and Resolution Updating the Salary Schedule for Associated <br />Unrepresented Classifications <br /> <br />Department(s): Human Resources <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br />1.
