RULE NO. 8 <br />Drawing Submittal Requirements <br /> Upon request by the Fog Control Program Manager or his designee: <br />1. A proposed or existing FSE may be required to submit facility site plans, mechanical <br />and plumbing plans, and other details to show the sewer locations and connections <br />for its facility or premises. The submittal shall be in a form and content acceptable <br />to the City for review of an existing or proposed grease interceptor, grease trap, <br />monitoring facilities, metering facilities, and operating procedures. The review of the <br />plans and procedures shall in no way relieve a FSE of the responsibility of modifying <br />the facilities or procedures in the future, as necessary to meet the requirements of <br />Section 39-56, the FOG Control Program or any requirements of other Regulatory <br />Agencies. <br />2. The City may require drawings to be prepared by a California Registered Civil, <br />Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer. <br />12 <br /> <br />
