Six -Year Sewer System Management Plan Update <br />At a minimum, the Enrollee shall update its Sewer System Management Plan every six <br />(6) years after the date of its last Plan Update due date. (For an Enrollee previously <br />regulated by Order 2006-0003-DWQ, the six -year period shall commence on the due <br />date identified in section 3.11 of Attachment E1 (Notification, Monitoring, Reporting and <br />Recordkeeping Requirements) of this Order. The Updated Sewer System Management <br />Plan must include: <br />• Elements required in Attachment D (Sewer System Management Plan — Required <br />Elements) of this Order; <br />Summary of revisions included in the Plan update based on internal audit findings; <br />and <br />• Other sewer system management -related changes. <br />The Enrollee's governing entity shall approve the updated Plan. The Legally <br />Responsible Official shall upload and certify the approved updated Plan in the online <br />CIWQS Sanitary Sewer System Database in accordance with section 3.11 (Sewer <br />System Management Plan Reporting Requirements) of Attachment E1 (Notification, <br />Monitoring, Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements) of this General Order. During <br />the time period in between Plan updates, the Enrollee shall continuously document <br />changes to its Sewer System Management Plan in a change log attached to the Plan. <br />ORDER 2022-0103-DWQ <br />December 6, 2022 <br />21 <br />
