Certification of Final Tract Map 2023-05, County Tract Map No. 19282 <br /> October 21, 2025 <br /> Page 2 <br /> On June 10, 2024, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Tract Map No. 2023- <br /> 05 for the property located at 1921 W. Washington Avenue, authorizing subdivision of <br /> the site into six (6) residential condominium units (Exhibit 1). The project includes three <br /> (3) duplex buildings, 15 onsite parking spaces, and will provide affordable, for-sale <br /> housing for lower-income households. Construction of the project is nearing completion, <br /> and the applicant has submitted the final map for City Engineer approval. <br /> This report serves as formal notification to the City Council that the Final Tract Map No. <br /> 2023-05 (County Tract Map No. 19282) is under final review by the City Engineer for <br /> technical accuracy and compliance with all applicable conditions of approval. Pursuant <br /> to SAMC Section 34-183, the City Engineer will approve or disapprove the final map <br /> within ten (10) days following the City Council meeting on October 21, 2025. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> There is no environmental impact associated with the action. A Statutory Exemption <br /> Environmental Review (No. 2023-044) was previously filed for the project in connection <br /> with the Tentative Tract Map and associated construction. This prior review satisfies the <br /> requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for this action. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> EXHIBIT(S) <br /> 1.
