Specifically, he created a hostile work environment by <br />engaging in public slander and making libelous statements against me <br />via his Instagram account (ghernandez4santaana), though it has since <br />been removed. Among other allegations, Councilman Hernandez <br />accused me of "street terrorism," declared that I was "murdering <br />members of the public," and labeled me "corrupt." <br />His actions have unjustly tarnished my character by spreading slander <br />related to two critical incidents before the completion of my due <br />process, as protected by the Police Officer Bill of Rights Act and the <br />United States Constitution. These remarks will have lasting adverse <br />effects on my career, potentially hindering my advancement within the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br />induced by Councilman <br />
