EXHIBIT C-PERMITTED <br /> USES CITY TRAILER SITE <br /> Park Host is permitted to use the City trailer Site as follows: <br /> 3. Placement of outdoor table and no more than 6 chairs; <br /> 2. Placement of barbeque or other outdoor grill (not permanently <br /> affixed); <br /> 3. Placement of outdoor umbrella (to be closed and secured when <br /> not in use); <br /> 4. Parking of one personal vehicle; and <br /> Park Host shall not be permitted to use the City Trailer Site for the following: <br /> 1. Storage of any personal property other than that set forth herein; <br /> 2. Display of any temporary signs or banners of any kind; <br /> 3. Washing of recreational vehicle, trailer, fifth wheel or personal vehicle; <br /> 4. Outdoor bathing; or <br /> 5. Making any repairs or alterations to the site without the prior City <br /> written approval. <br />
