ARTICLE IX <br /> 9.0 VACATION <br /> 9.1 Purpose. It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide <br /> them with a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose will be used as a guide <br /> in the administration of the provisions of this Article. <br /> 9.2 Vacation. <br /> A.
