ARTICLE XVI <br /> 1.6.0 STRIKES AND WORK STOPPAGES <br /> 16.1 Prohibited Conduct. <br /> A. SAMA,its officers,agents,representatives,and members agree that during the term <br /> of this MOU, they will not cause or condone any unlawful strike, walkout, <br /> slowdown, sickout, or any other unlawful job action by withholding or refusing to <br /> work. <br /> 16.2 SAMA ResponsibilitX. Whenever SAMA, its officers,agents,representatives,or members <br /> engage in any of the conduct prohibited in Section 16.1(A), SAMA will immediately <br /> instruct any persons engaging in such conduct that their conduct is violating this MOU and <br /> unlawful, and they must immediately cease engaging in the conduct prohibited in Section <br /> 16.1(A), and return to work. <br />
