ARTICLE XXII <br /> 22.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br /> 22.1 In case of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, fire, flood, <br /> insurrection, civil disorder, national emergency, or similar circumstances, provisions of <br /> this MOU or the Santa Ana Municipal Code or Resolutions,which restrict the City's ability <br /> to respond to these emergencies, shall be suspended for the duration of such emergencies. <br /> After the City declares the emergency over, this MOU will be reinstated immediately. <br /> SAMA shall have the right to meet and confer with the City regarding the impact of the <br /> suspension of the provisions in the MOU during the emergency. <br /> I <br />
