The Taylor-Gustlin House, located at 2520 North Valencia Street, Santa <br />Ana wasp built circa 1908 and qualifies for listing in the Santa Ana Register <br />of Historical Properties for its exemplification of Classic Box -variant of the <br />Colonial I Revival architectural style. <br />1. Tie stylistic signatures noted in this structure include: <br />i. A rectangular building plan; <br />ii. Hipped roof; porches as focal point; <br />iii Classical elements such as columns; and <br />iv. Double -hung sash with multiple lights. <br />2. Additionally, the two-story structure is eligible to be categorized as <br />Landmark for its unique architectural significance as illustrated by its: <br />i. Bellcast, hipped roof; <br />ii.
