Elliott House located at 1905 North Valencia Street, Santa Ana, was <br />built circa 1912 and qualifies for listing on the Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Properties as a representative example of Bunglow/Craftman style <br />architecture. <br />1. TPe structure is eligible to be placed within the Key category for its <br />distinctive architectural style and quality as illustrated by its side <br />g�bled roof with rafters exposed at the eaves; sheathing in shingle <br />courses of alternating heights; a recessed porch spanning most of <br />the fagade, featuring a brick wall and pedestals; massive brick piers <br />arking the end of the porch; and a series of casement windows <br />f atured in the front facade. <br />2.
