Corporate Status All corporate Subrecipients shall be registered with the California Secretary of State and shall be in good standing,without suspension by the California Secretary of State,Franchise Tax Board,or Internal Revenue service.The corporate Subrecipient shall maintain the good status standing with the Secretary of State of California throughout the term of this Contract.Any change in corporate status or suspension shall be reported by Subrecipient immediately in writing to County's Project Manager.If Subrecipient fails to maintain good standing or has failed to be in good standing at the time of the effective date of this Contract, County, in addition to all remedies available under the law and this Contract,pursuant to Termination provision of this Contract,terminate this Contract for cause. Subrecipient,by signing this Contract, does swear under penalty of perjury that no more than one(1)final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a federal court has been issued against Subrecipient within the immediately preceding two-year period because of Subrecipient's failure to comply with an order of a federal court which orders the Subrecipient to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board. 29.
