Implementation services will be billed on a time-spent basis at the last rates amended to the Program <br />License and Service Agreement. <br />Payment terms: <br />License - 100% Due upon 1St software Installation, N30 upon receipt of a valid invoice. <br />Maintenance fees - Due upon 1St software installation.
