X <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />a) The Project will not induce population growth, as its primary objective is to provide water quality <br />improvements and an additional open space area. Since the Project does not involve the <br />construction of new housing or commercial developments, no increase in population is anticipated, <br />and no related impacts are expected. <br /> <br />b) The Project will not affect any residential areas, housing units, or other structures.
