14 <br /> <br />C. Non-permanent employees (probationary, seasonal, temporary, limited-term, etc.) <br />shall not be eligible for acting pay. <br /> <br />D. In computing qualifying service rendered, only full-days shall be computed for acting <br />pay, and partial days shall not be combined to make full days. <br /> <br />E.
