25 <br /> <br />ARTICLE X <br /> <br /> 10.0 VACATION <br /> <br />10.1 Purpose. It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide <br />them with a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose will be used as a guide in <br />the administration of the provisions of this Article. <br /> <br />10.2 Vacation. <br /> <br />A.
