Convergint shall provide Canopy Remote Device Management (RDM) Pro to monitor the <br />Velasea servers' performance in real-time 24/7. Convergint has based the calculations for the test and inspect of the Santa Ana jail on the <br />following assumptions: <br />* 4 trips yearly, consisting of 2 techs for 1 week each time period. <br />* Convergint assumes access to all cameras and servers to visually inspect the devices. <br />* Convergint has built in some time delays due to access, security check point and other <br />unforeseen delays <br />* Affer the initial City wide site assessments, Convergint and the City may make changes <br />to the frequency and duration of the test & inspect site visits. <br />12.
