Acts, by majority vote, to formally approve this MOU; and <br />B. Acts to appropriate the necessary funds required to implement the provisions of this <br />MOU that require funding. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the City Council fails to take all actions <br />necessary to implement this MOU in a timely manner, the parties understand that they may <br />mutually agree to implement appropriate provisions of this MOU that do not require <br />specific approval by the City Council. <br /> Implementation shall be effective as of the date the MOU is formally approved by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />3.1 <br />3.2 <br />3.3
