(l) The California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) (California <br />Government Code §§ 12940-12957), as applicable. FEHA prohibits <br />harassmem and discrimination in employment because of ancestry, familial <br />status, race, color, religious creed (including religious dress and grooming <br />practices), sex (which includes pregnancy, childbirth, breas+feeding and <br />medical conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth or breastfeeding), <br />gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital <br />status, national origin, ancestry, mental and physical disability, genetic <br />information, medical condition, age, pregnancy, denial of medical and <br />family care leave, or pregnancy disability leave, military and veteran status, <br />and/or retaliation for protesting illegal discrimination related to one of these <br />categories, or for reporting patient abuse in fox supported institutions; <br />(m)Any other nondiscrimination provisions in the specific statute(s) under which <br />application for federal assistance is being made; and <br />(n) The requirements of any other nondiscrimination statute(s) that may apply <br />to this application. <br />Civil Riqh+s Policies for Proqram Beneficiaries and Subrecipients of DHS funding, <br />pertaining to the following are available on the Cal OES website <br />(https://www.caloes.ca.qov/office-oflhe-director/policy-administration/civil- <br />riqhts-eeo/): <br />ii Non-discrimination in Programs & Services <br />* Reasonable Accommodation for Program Beneficiaries <br />Language Access Policy <br />6.
