Waiver of Right of Recovery by Written Contract or Agreement We waive any right of recovery to payments we make for injury or damages arising out of your ongoing operations or "your work" included in the "products -completed operations hazard". This applies to any person or organization with whom you have agreed in a written contract or agreement made prior to the date of the 'occurrence' to waive your rights of recovery from such person or organization, but only for payments made under this insurance as a consequence of such contract or agreement.
