The Santa Ana City Council hereby approves the updated Salary <br />Schedules for the Seasonal Part -Time and Service Employees International Union Part -Time <br />Non -Civil Service (SEIU PTNCS) units, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, reflecting <br />classification and compensation amendments per this and previously approved City Council <br />actions, and grouped by employee unit, as recommended by CalPERS, and in compliance <br />with CaIPERS California Code of Regulations section 570.5. <br />Section 4. That except as amended by this resolution, all other provisions of the <br />City's Classification and Compensation Plan shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall be operative from and after January 1, 2026, upon <br />Resolution No. 2025-055 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
