ARTICLE X <br /> 10.0 VACATION <br /> 10.1 Purpose. It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide <br /> them with a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose shall be used as a guide <br /> in the administration of the provisions of this Article. <br /> 10.2 Vacation Period. <br /> A.
