ARTICLE XVIII <br /> 18.0 DUES DEDUCTION &INDEMNIFICATION <br /> 18.1 Dues Deduction. Upon ratification and approval of dues collection by Association <br /> membership, the City shall deduct dues, on a regular basis, from the pay of all employees <br /> recognized to be represented by CASA, who voluntarily authorize such deduction, in <br /> writing, on a forth to be provided for this purpose by the City. The City shall remit such <br /> funds to CASA within thirty (30) calendar days following their deduction.
