NPS Form 10-900-a OMB Control No.
1024-0018

United States Department of the Interior Put Here
National Park Service

National Register of Historic Places
Continuation Sheet

Section 7 page 20

Section 7 page 20

Floral Park Historic District
Name of Property
Orange, CA
County and State

Name of multiple listing (if applicable)
small hung wood window just to the left of the set of doors, and one other single-hung wood
window all the way to the left of the front upper story. Although the second story was added in
1978, it adds to the architectural merit, and has achieved historic significance of its own time.
The house is highly intact.

52. 2324 Bonnie Brae APN: 002-123-08 Contributive 1929
Architect / Builder: Unknown Original Owner: H. Jesse
This frame and stucco home are of Tudor-eclectic style with its cross gabled roofline and
tapered chimney. The roof is shingled, and windows are original. Exterior cladding is wooden
siding. The home does not exhibit any significant changes and all decorations are appropriate.

53. 2327 Bonnie Brae APN: 002-123-14 Contributive 1924
Architect / Builder / Original Owner: H.E. Nelson
This frame and Stucco bungalow in the Spanish /Mission style maintains its historical
integrity despite one factor: the front exterior of the home has had a re-application of stucco. All
decorations and details of the home are correct and therefore this home is contributive.

54. 2328 Bonnie Brae APN: 002-123-07 Non-Contributive 1926
Architect / Builder: Roy Russell Original Owner: Major M. Anderson
This frame and stucco home has had many cosmetic changes to its front exterior, such as the
addition of French doors, and the original entry point to the house may have been moved. The
home still maintains some of its Chateauesque elements, like an eyebrow dormer window and
Jerkinhead rooflines.

55. 2331 Bonnie Brae APN: 002-122-13 Contributive 1924
Architect / Builder: Roy Russell Original Owner: A.B. Smith
This frame and stucco bungalow may have had a window change-out, but the front elevation
of the home maintains its original stucco, and with its Dutch-gabled and shingled roof, this home
is warranted to be included as contributive within the historic district.

56. 2334 Bonnie Brae APN: 002-123-06 Contributive 1924
Architect/Builder: Honer, Herzig and Farney Original Owner: K.D. Stuckeman
This frame and stucco Tudor style home with its shingle cladding and high-pitched roof has
traded hands many times its life and has not seen many cosmetic changes. The home maintains
its original windows and its adornments are appropriate.

57. 2335 Bonnie Brae APN: 002-122-12 Contributive 1941
Builder/ Contractor: Floyd B. Rogers Original Owner: N.R. Adams

Historic Resources Commission 269 9/23/2025
