Once your completed eligibility packet, including signed UASI <br /> Transfer Agreement, is received and an executed copy of the agreement is on file, <br /> reimbursement may be requested for eligible expenditures using the appropriate <br /> Anaheim/Santa Ana UASI (ASAUA) forms. <br /> As part of the Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) Investment Justification and Grant <br /> Application process, project applications submitted by the City of Santa Ana were reviewed <br /> and evaluated based on federal program priorities, regional benefit, and degree of <br /> applicability to the overarching Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area goals and objectives. <br /> Throughout the grant cycle, the ASAUA Grant Office will use projected milestones and <br /> performance measures to assess project status and overall grant compliance. All activities <br /> funded with this award must be completed within the Sub-Recipient performance period. <br /> It is critical that all City of Santa Ana employees that are involved in the FY24 UASI Grant <br /> Program become familiar with the Transfer Agreement between the City of Anaheim and <br /> the City of Santa Ana regarding the FY24 UASI Grant Program as well as the FY24 Homeland <br /> Security Grant Notice of Funding Opportunity, the FY24 Homeland Security Grant Program <br /> California Supplemental Guidance, and the FY24 Anaheim/Santa Ana UASI (ASAUA) Sub- <br /> Recipient Grant Guide. This subaward is subject to the requirements in 2 CFR, Part 200. It <br /> is imperative that the Anaheim UASI Office is contacted before any projects are procured to <br /> ensure that Environmental Historic Preservation (EHP), Aviation/Watercraft, and <br /> FY24 UASI Subrecipient Award Letter Page 2 of 3 <br />
