Lacy St. Sanborn Apartments Spanish Colonial Revival 1931 <br />Three identical two-story Spanish Colonial Revival apartment <br />buildings grace the corner of Lacy and Vance Sts. Two, 902-04 and 9 v <br />908, face Lacy St., while 419-419 1/2 face Vance. The original Pa«emed <br />stucco covers the exterior of each building and the flat roof is ringed with <br />red-clay- tile clad shed-style roofs. Square piers accented with round pipe <br />vents, form the corners. Plate glass windows ‘ <br />casement windows, are located on each side of the centered front . <br />A red-clav-tile-clad portico, accented with triangular knee braces, shelters <br />fhe wood'dls, centred Judas windows at eye level.
