Exhibit A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> A. Provider shall conduct Olive Crest Active Parenting Classes for adults 18+ years old. <br /> B, Provider shall teach such or similar classes (1) at the times below at facilities to be <br /> designated by the City or(2) on a schedule agreed upon by the parties for each class <br /> session or term, including the location, specific days and hours when classes will be held, <br /> and holidays to be observed, in accordance with City's needs. <br /> • Active Parenting Classes are offered at no cost for participants ages 18 and older. The <br /> program includes three curriculum options; First Five Years (ages 0-5), School Age (ages <br /> 6-12), and Teens. Each series dins for 6-8 weeks and can be conducted in English, <br /> Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Farsi, or Arabic. Each class must have a minimum of 4 students and no most; than 20 students. <br /> B. This is a free class and no parties will be charged or collect fees. <br /> C.
