A-1994-036-01 <br /> AMENDMENT#1 TO AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br /> AMERINATIONAL COMMUNITY SERVICES,INC. <br /> THIS AMENDMENT is entered into as of the 62 day of Cig-eh--1 , 2015, by <br /> and between the City of Santa Ana, (hereinafter the "City) and AmeriNational Community <br /> Services, Inc., which was formally known as United States Escrow, a corporation organized and <br /> existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, (hereinafter "Contractor"), and Farmers State <br /> Bank of Hartland (hereinafter the "Bank"). <br /> PURPOSE: This document constitutes the first Amendment to the Agreement between the <br /> City and Contractor dated April 18, 1994(hereinafter"Agreement"). <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> All provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, with the following <br /> exceptions: <br /> 1. AmeriNational hereby assigns to the Bank the duty to perform all of the tasks related <br /> to the Funds Disbursement service, including but not limited to item 2. Scope of <br /> Services and the Compensation section of the Agreement, items E. and F., and <br /> assigns to the Bank all right of payment for said tasks. <br /> 2. The Bank hereby accepts said assignment and promises to perform all of the tasks <br /> described below in Exhibit A to this Amendment#1. <br /> 3. The City hereby assents to said assignment and promises to pay to the Bank any and <br /> all sums due under the Agreement, relative to the tasks described below in Exhibit A <br /> to this Amendment#1,to the Bank. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City, and AmeriNationa], and the Bank have executed this <br /> Amendment#1 to the Agreement to be executed as of the date first hereinabove set forth. <br /> (Signatures on the following page) <br />
