Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated <br />construction delivery cost of $765,625, which includes $612,500 for the construction <br />contract, $91,875 for contract administration, inspection, and testing, and $61,250 for <br />unanticipated or unforeseen work. <br />2. Award a construction contract to Cali State Paving, Inc., the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $612,500, subject to change <br />orders, for the construction of the Alley Improvements Program Project (Project No. <br />26-6910), for a term beginning January 20, 2026 and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute the contract. <br />3. Determine that, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended actions are exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. ER-2025-8 will be filed for Project No. 26-6910. <br />22. Award of a Construction Contract to GEMS Environmental Management Services, Inc. <br />to Construct the Fire Station 74 Fuel Station Replacement Project (Project No. 24- <br />6053) (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency <br />Recommended Action: 1.
