EURTA <br />Utility Response Training Associates — <br />e. Proposed Work Plan <br />i. Approach <br />URTA, LLC will provide: <br />Utility Response Training Associates, LLC <br />• Staff to facilitate scheduling and registration. <br />• Course Registration with CSTI sixty days prior to each class. <br />• A course flier <br />• Electronic Course Registration <br />• Course materials <br />• Course surveys- copies provided to the course host contact. <br />• Course post class follow up with CSTI. <br />• Certificates delivered to the course host contact. <br />URTA will maintain copies of all exercise -related rosters, sign -in sheets, and surveys for a period of not <br />less than five years. <br />ii. Suggestions or concerns. <br />URTA will work with City staff to develop a training schedule that addresses City priorities. <br />iii. Deliverables and implementation plan <br />URTA, LLC will coordinate with City staff to produce the following deliverables. <br />Initial coordination meeting. Work with City Staff to create a course schedule— within 30 days of the <br />award of a contract. <br />First Class Delivery- January 2026 or February 2026. Additional classes by arrangement. URTA can <br />provide multiple classes at the same time. <br />Cost Proposal <br />The all-inclusive proposed cost for RFP 25-118A is: <br />In -Person courses: <br />• Single delivery in person with printed course materials- $9,950. <br />• Ten deliveries in person with printed course materials- $99,500. <br />URTA is only providing a quote for in -person delivery due to the hands-on nature of this course.
