Chief Fennessy has written, and I was contacted by Chris Harem, <br />but l have heard nothing from you. As Chair of our Board, it seems you hold a lot of sway <br />over Board members desire to attend or not. By your silence, you are certainly indicating <br />your point of view. But, it is our decision to make as a Board, not just one member. I want to <br />vote on this and not see it die for lack of discussion. That's not fair to any of us on the Board <br />l am asking you to please reach out and encourage other Board members attendance anj <br />at least try to allow a discussion on this.
