Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Dear Esteemed Mayor and Members of the City Council, <br />I am writing to communicate my endorsement and support for Agenda Item 16: the proposed <br />agreement with DTSA Services for their continued stewardship of the Downtown Santa Ana Clean & <br />Safe Program. <br />DTSA Services provides critical Clean & Safe services that help maintain Downtown Santa Ana as a <br />clean, welcoming, and safe environment for residents, employees, business owners, and visitors. <br />These efforts directly support local businesses, encourage community engagement, and contribute to <br />a positive perception of the downtown area. Jose Romo and his team are consistent, responsive, and <br />dependable, and have a seasoned understanding of the unique and varied needs of our community. <br />Far more than a service company, they are neighbors, collaborators, and some of the most visible <br />and valuable ambassadors of Downtown Santa Ana. <br />In a cultural district like ours, where residents, business owners, artists, and visitors converge, the <br />tone of a place is set by its streets. Jose and his team understand this.
