RFP Document Review <br /> G2 will review draft RFP documents for technical accuracy, completeness, and alignment with <br /> industry best practices for municipal golf course management contracts. We will provide specific <br /> input on scope of services, performance requirements, and contract structure provisions. <br /> B. Evaluation Criteria and Scoring <br /> G2 will provide input on evaluation criteria development, scoring methodology, and interview <br /> questions to ensure the City selects the most qualified contractor. This will include <br /> recommendations on how to evaluate contractor experience, financial stability, and proposed <br /> management approach. <br /> C. Proposal Review Assistance <br /> If requested, G2 will provide technical review of submitted proposals, comparative analysis of <br /> proposers' approaches and pricing, and recommendations to inform the selection process. <br /> PHASE 2 Deliverables <br /> • Written comments on draft RFP documents <br /> • Recommended evaluation criteria and scoring approach. <br /> • Proposal review memorandum (if requested) <br /> Timeline: As needed based on City's RFP development and procurement schedule <br /> Ill.
