CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RFP NO.: 25-096 <br />MANAGEMENT OF ADVERTISING AT BUS SHELTERS AND BUS STOPS IN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />a. The production and installation of all advertising materials, including but not limited to: <br />i. Vinyl posters, <br />ii. Static displays, and <br />iii. Digital signage where applicable. <br />iv. All advertisements must be installed securely and in a manner that ensures high <br />visual quality, consistency, and public safety. <br />b. The vendor must regularly inspect installations to maintain aesthetic standards and <br />functionality across all sites. <br />c. In addition, the vendor is required to promptly remove any expired, damaged, or non- <br />compliant advertisements to prevent visual clutter and ensure compliance with City <br />regulations. <br />III. Inventory and Space Management <br />The selected vendor will be responsible for: <br />a. Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all available advertising locations associated with <br />bus stops and bus shelters across the City. <br />i. This includes tracking occupancy, availability, and condition of each advertising <br />unit to ensure optimal use of space. <br />b. The vendor will coordinate closely with the City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency to <br />confirm space availability, accommodate changes to infrastructure, and align advertising <br />placements with City planning initiatives. <br />c. Additionally, the vendor must manage and schedule advertisement rotations in accordance <br />with contractual obligations, ensuring timely updates and minimizing gaps in ad coverage. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
