Section 3. These decisions are based upon the Request for Council Action <br />dated December 5, 2017, and exhibits attached thereto; the public comments; and the <br />Final Environmental Impact Study 1 Environmental Impact Report No. 89-01, all of which <br />are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 4. The City Council directs that any necessary Notice of Determination <br />be prepared and filed with the Clerk of the County of Orange in the matter as required <br />by law. <br />Section 5.
