Additionally, the proposed improvements <br />would include the construction of sidewalk, curb and gutter, <br />pavement, signal modification, and curb ramps. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />Bristol Street north of Memory Lane has three southbound lanes except <br />at the intersection where only two southbound and one right turn lane <br />exist.
