CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO.: 24-6054 <br />FIRE STATION 71 ABOVE GROUND FUEL STORAGE TANK REPLACEMENT <br />STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA) <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />This is to certify that the undersigned BIDDER, and subcontractors, have read and understood the <br />CWA entered into by and between the City of Santa Ana, the Los Angeles/Orange Counties <br />Building and Construction Trades Council, and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions, <br />effective as of June 6, 2023. <br />The undersigned BIDDER hereby agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the CWA, <br />and is capable of completing construction of the project continuously, and without interruptions or <br />delays.
