<br />City of Santa Ana | First Street Multimodal Corridor <br />Technical Memorandum <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />existing conditions of the First Street corridor. This information in conjunction with the <br />technical multimodal analysis and traffic modeling and community input resulted in the <br />development of three potential concepts that will improve the travel environment on First <br />Street. Ultimately, these three concepts will be reviewed by City Council, and a locally <br />preferred alternative will be selected. The City has funding to advance this alternative into <br />final design and is in the process of securing funding for construction. <br /> <br /> Figure 1.
