CLOSING COSTS: All costs related to the purchase of the Property will be borne by Buyer. <br />REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES: <br />Buyer is buying property "as is." However, Seller represents and warrants <br />that it will disclose all knowledge and findings of the Property and its <br />operations to Buyer. <br />COMMISSION: THRIVE does not foresee any brokerage commissions related to this <br />purchase. <br />THRIVE Santa Ana is a nonprofit organization and community land trust, established in Santa <br />Ana since 2016, with a mission to build community wealth and resident leadership across <br />generations, holding land in trust and driving development that ensures permanent access to <br />affordable, healthy neighborhoods.
