Box 1988 <br />Attention: City Clerk <br />GRANT DEED <br />PART ONE <br />SPACE ABOVE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br />For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged: <br />The City of Santa Ana, a California charter city in the County of Orange of the State of <br />California ("Grantor" or "City"), hereby grants to THRIVE Santa Ana, Inc., a California <br />nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Grantee"), that certain real property described in Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference together with (a) all improvements <br />owned by Grantor and located on the Property and all fixtures contained in any such improvements, <br />and (b) any and all easements, rights -of -way, privileges, rights and appurtenances benefiting, <br />appertaining or belonging to the Property, including, without limitation, any and all streets and <br />roads (whether opened or proposed) abutting the Property, riparian rights, water or water rights <br />and stock evidencing any such water rights, and/or oil, gas or other minerals laying under the <br />Property ("Property"). <br />17_11:%11111L�1�7 <br />Covenants Running with the Land.
