<br />BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CA
<br />The City of Santa Ana encourages
<br />public participation in the decision -
<br />making process. This notice is
<br />provided to inform the public of a
<br />proposed action and to provide an
<br />opportunity to offer comments and
<br />testimony before the City Council
<br />takes action.
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN — The City
<br />Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold
<br />a public hearing to receive public
<br />testimony and consider the proposed sale
<br />of City -owned real property at below fair
<br />market value and approval of an
<br />associated economic development
<br />subsidy, as described below.
<br />Project Location: 1901 W. Walnut St.,
<br />Santa Ana, CA 92706, located within the
<br />Community Commercial (C-2) zoning
<br />district.
<br />Project Applicant: THRIVE Santa Ana,
<br />Inc.
<br />Proposed Project:
<br />Pursuant to California Government Code
<br />Section 53083, the proposed sale of the
<br />property at below fair market value
<br />constitutes an economic development
<br />subsidy. A written Economic Development
<br />Subsidy Report has been prepared in
<br />accordance with Government Code
<br />Section 53083. The subsidy report will be
<br />made available online before the
<br />scheduled Public Hearing at:

<br />Meeting Details: This public hearing will
<br />be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026,
<br />at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the
<br />matter may be heard, in the City Council
<br />Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
<br />Ana, CA 92701. Members of the public
<br />may attend this meeting in -person or
<br />join via Zoom. For the most up to date
