Contractor shall maintain sufficient employees in an "On-Call" status to meet the <br />requirements of Section III, Coverage, paragraphs 4 and 5 at all times. The City of Santa Ana <br />agrees that all calls for service shall be made through the Santa Ana Police Department <br />dispatcher, except for blood samples collected in relation to traffic collisions with <br />injury and/or other violations of the California Penal Code. In the case of a delayed <br />response by Contractor's employee, the requesting officer shall notify dispatch on the <br />arrival of Contractor's employee, and if further delay occurs, on the initiation of <br />services. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council 10 – 15 2/17/2026
