The Project site is not a part of any habitat conservation plan, and is located within a highly -urbanized area within the City of Santa Ana. The proposed Project would not conflict with any habitat conservation plan or natural community. No impact is anticipated. The Project site is currently developed and does not contain any areas that are utilized for the extraction of mineral resources. Furthermore, the proposed Project would not involve excavation that would likely identify previously unidentified mineral resources. No impact to mineral resources would result from the proposed Project Impacts would not be greater than that previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR. Implementation of the proposed Project would have no impact on the mineral resources and no mitigation measures are necessary. Impacts would not be greater than that previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR.
